Returns & Refunds
- 30-day returns: request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item? We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No return shipping needed.
- Change of mind: unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days; return shipping is paid by the customer. Items used with food (lick mats, bowls, feeders) can only be returned if defective.
- Lost packages: if tracking hasn't updated for 30 days, contact us and we'll resend or refund your order.
