30-Day Returns

We want you and your dog to love your order. If something isn't right, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a return

• Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a short description (photos help for damaged or defective items).
• We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to pay return shipping.

Change of mind

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Because lick mats and snuffle mats are used with food, items that have been used can only be returned if they are defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll get an email once your refund is processed.

Lost packages

If tracking hasn't updated for 30 days or your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you.
